Lobster Omakase Bar Table

We created Lobster not as just another station, but as a bar chef’s table for an exceptional experience. It’s a new way of interacting with the guest, the space, and the cocktail service ritual. The uniqueness of the experience is remarkable: a table for gastro-cocktail omakase, bar theater, and one-on-one interaction with the guest.

    PHILOSOPHY

    Lobster is about a bold, conscious choice. It’s a personal theater for a single bartender — with the guest in the front row. By design, guests can reserve not only a “front-row” seat but also the bartender and the entire cocktail ritual, which can rival Michelin-style multi-course presentations.
