SAMNA blends Middle Eastern cuisine with modern design in a historic Kyiv mansion. Exposed brick, copper accents, and minimalist details honor the building’s heritage, while five unique spaces offer a dynamic flow — from welcoming aperitifs to lively mixology and music, creating a seamless experience where history meets contemporary energy.

At SAMNA, we designed the bar to bring people together and keep things flowing effortlessly. The island bar in the first hall serves both reserved guests and the entire restaurant, equipped with a cocktail station, craft beer cooler, and wine dispenser. In the second hall, the peninsula bar offers guests a direct connection to the action. With two cocktail stations, wine fridges, and hidden prep areas, the bar operates seamlessly, reflecting the harmonious balance of tradition and innovation that defines the Middle Eastern experience.
