Spelta is a new-format bistro-bakery where fresh bread, signature cuisine, and mixology coexist under one roof. It’s a place where the morning rush flows into evening conversations over cocktails — where the traditions of baking meet a modern gastronomic approach.
BAR EXPERIENCE:
The bar at Spelta became the central hub of the venue — a point where all processes intersect. Mornings begin with aromatic coffee and fresh to-go pastries. By midday, the bar transforms into a beverage station, and in the evening, it becomes a social anchor for cocktail service. All while functioning as a buffer between guests and the bakers’ workspace.
