CONCEPT:
A dessert lab with cocktail DNA. A contemporary space where pastry artistry meets mixology. The morning coffee ritual flows seamlessly into evening cocktail experiments. Clean lines, hidden tech, and a cult of detail. No barrier between kitchen and bar — just a harmony of flavors.
BAR EXPERIENCE:
We designed this space in response to the modern-day demands of a patisserie with a bar spirit. The coffee zone on the left is optimized for fast beverage prep, including efficient to-go service. One side functions as a flexible prep area for final dessert plating. The other is dedicated to a cocktail station fully equipped for mixology.
The integrated dessert display case becomes part of the overall composition — allowing for an elegant presentation while maintaining perfect temperature conditions. The entire design follows a refined minimalist aesthetic, where every element holds both visual and functional value.
