The bar counter at Zweig echoes the arched contours of the heritage architecture, uniting conceptual historical elegance with contemporary bar technology. Initially designed as a compact workstation for a single bartender, it was later upgraded following the venue’s success. A second cocktail station with a sparkling wine bath replaced the original fridge, allowing a smooth workflow for two bartenders and a barback even during peak hours.
